A calm morning walk across Palermo, linking three of the city's serious specialty coffee names. Start with a croissant and a flat white at L'Harmonie, a Parisian style bakery in Hollywood, cross to LAB Tostadores, a roastery and coffee school open since 2014, then finish in Soho at Cuervo, which has roasted its own beans since 2017. Flat and leafy the whole way, and easy to stretch or shorten.
